If using insurance, the cost will depend on your insurance provider. The private pay fee is $145 per 45 minute session

insurance provider
- Does my plan include mental health coverage?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits?
- Is there a deductible and have I met it?
- Are there limits on sessions per year?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician?
Please contact us to determine if we take your insurance.
Always check with your insurance provider before starting therapy.
If we do not take your insurance, we can provide a detailed "superbill" receipt for potential partial reimbursement.

- Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged full session rate.
